If you want to be admired, which most of us do then get the hell off your high horse and stop pretending to be someone you're not.
Stop trying to please everyone because you won't.
No one likes a fake and you're easily spotted and avoided. Be real and happy in your own skin. Let's face it, you're not the perfect specimen of a human being that you think you are, no one is or has been. There's always room for improvement but only change for yourself, not for others.
Stop bullying and treat people the way you would like to be treated. A boss is someone that should be respected, honoured and thought of highly, not a person to be feared. As the saying goes you can't love yourself if you can't love others.
Show others that you are genuinely interested in what they have to say. Ask! then stop, look and listen. People love a sympathetic ear. In fact, be a little interesting yourself.
Don't be such a dizzy drama queen. Show confidence, take the first step, take the high road once in-while, show others you're just as fallible as them. They will respect you more.
Take the easy route, be simple, the more complicated your life the easier it will be to lose track and get confused.
Dream. Dream big! Take risks. Live life to the max and act accordingly, eh?
That is if you want to be admired.
