Pemberton Holmes (Sooke) Realtor Nancy Vieira, Has Successfully Sold Forestry Land To Unsuspecting Buyer

How is it possible that Pemberton Holmes (Sooke) and Nancy Vieira the acting sales agent can sell property on Vancouver Island that doesn't even exist? Then, after the sale was completed and the scam was uncovered, Nancy and Pemberton Holmes wash their hands totally of any wrong doing and pass it on to their insurers.  No explanation to the buyer, no nothing.

Case in point. MLS 350431

There is no such address.  All the amenities listed on the MLS listing are on Western Forest Land and the property is half the stated size as advertised.  An eviction notice had been given to the unsuspecting buyer.
Nancy Vieira, the sales agent knew about all of this, she was the original seller that sold the property in the first place, she sold it twice.  Did she not know the size of the property to start with?  Was she inept?
The new owner did the right thing, he used a Real Estate Agent as the commercial states. 
All Pemberton Holmes has offered for compensation is for the new owner to talk to their insurers, washing their hands completely of any wrong doing.  Pemberton Holmes and Nancy Vieira want no contact with the new owner, leaving the onus solely on the new owner to rectify matters.
