The time has come to put this ole' house up for sale. The hauntings and paranormal events are becoming more frequent. Not that there's anything to be afraid of, the ghost or entity whatever it is, is friendly. I've even named him Casper, after the cartoon character, Casper the friendly ghost.
For the first ten or so years living here, nothing paranormal had happened. But then again, I wasn't looking for anything to happen. An open door, or a misplaced article was nothing that concerned me.
It's only been in the last few years that I've started to noticed things, such as; my dogs staring at invisible things up in the corner of my living room, near the ceiling, scratching sounds coming from the crawl space under the house in the middle of the night, feeling draughts, getting shivers, sensing being watched, thinking someone was in bed with me, yes, in bed with me! You know, the usual hauntings, nothing to be afraid of.
If you don't believe me, I caught some paranormal activity on video.
Here's the listing. Unfortunately, I've had to take out the address, to avoid the looky-loos, and the ghost hunters. I want to sell this house not make it a roadside attraction. I'm sure Casper agrees.
The sad part about selling this place is that the new owners will probably tear it down to build a monster home on the property. If that's the case, hopefully Casper will follow me where-ever I go.
I'd hate to see him become homeless, he's part of my family now.
