|A Rastafarian, practising his religion, smoking pot|
One of the three persons filing a lawsuit against the Canadian government is a Rastafarian (Simone Topey) and feels she is being kept from gaining Canadian citizenship because she won't swear allegiance to an off-shore Queen.
What is a Rastafarian, you ask?
A Rastafarianism is a religious movement with origins in Jamaica, founded in 1930. Rastafarians have a distinctive code of behaviour and dress. They wear dreadlocks and smoke pot, religiously. No, I'm not making this up.
They reject Western medicine and don't eat pork, shellfish or drink milk.

Most people won't hesitate to take the oath. They take it, then they disagree with it, but it's against her beliefs, and you got to take note of her convictions.
Should we allow her in?
